Prospective Students and Parents/Guardians, Welcome to our Admissions Process! We would like to take a minute of your time by listing all of the necessary documents needed for a successful and completed application: q Completed Holy Family High School College Preparatory Application q Two Teacher Recommendations (English & Math/Science) q A copy of your placement test scores q A copy of your school transcripts for the past two years including standardized test scores q A copy of your Immunization Records We hope this eases your mind and we look forward to meeting you very soon.
A non-refundable Application Processing fee of $50 is due upon receipt of application. This includes the Entrance Exam. Application Form

Jan 18, 2008 Scholarship Registration: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM Jan 19, 2008 HSPT Math and Reading Preparation Session at Holy Family High School College Preparatory: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Snacks will be provided. Jan 26, 2008 Take the Entrance Exam at Holy Family High School College Preparatory: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Snacks will be provided. February 11, 12 and 13, 2008 Class of 2012 Interviews: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM End of Feb/Beginning of March Test scores, transcripts, grades, and recommendations are evaluated. March 7, 2008 Letters of acceptance are mailed. March 14, 2008 Class of 2012 Registration: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM May 12, 2008 New Parent/Guardian Orientation at 7:00 PM. Uniform blazers ordered. Required Summer Reading Assignment distributed. June/July 2008 Summer school for Composition Readiness, Algebra Readiness, Computer Literacy and various performing arts classes. Dennis Uniform discount at store (please check dates) July/August 2008 Letters are sent regarding final schedule and the Freshman Orientation date.
