Tuition and Fees

 

 

Registration Fee -- $450 per student (non-refundable)
This fee reserves a space for your student for the 2008-2009 school year and places her mandatory and choice classes at time of registration. The registration fee is due and payable at the registration session on March 13, 2009.

Book Rental Fee -- $300 per student
This is a deposit towards your books and is due July 1, 2009.  The balance is due on Orientation Day.
 

Participation Fee -- $600.00 per student (non-refundable and required)

These fees offset the cost of various student services offered throughout the school year.  For your convenience, this fee is divided into 10 or 11 payments to match your tuition plan.

Seven Period Base Tuition
One Student: $7,500.00
Two Students: $15,000


A 3% discount will be given if the tuition is paid in full by check or cash by August 1, 2009 or earlier.  Tuition assistance is available for eligible families. We strongly encourage these families to apply as soon as possible. Archdiocese Applications will be available in February 2009, and all others seeking financial assistance must complete the PSAS application on-line at www.psas.org by February 27, 2009.

We offer a 10-month or 11-month payment schedule.

10 Monthly Payments starting August 1, 2009 and ending May 1, 2010

7 Period Base + Participation Fee
One Student: $810.00

11 Monthly Payments starting August 1, 2009 and ending June 1, 2010

Activity Fee (Mandatory) Due July 1, 2008.

$200 per student covers all class activities, assemblies, and day retreats




Financial Aid

 PSAS-

CEF-

Catholic Education Foundation provides tuition assistance to those students attending Catholic elementary or high schools within the Archdiocese of Los Angeles who exhibit the greatest financial need. CEF applications MUST be applied through your daughter’s elementary school. The application process is once a year beginning January 10th with a deadline of March 31, 2009.

 

Service Hours (Mandatory)

Each family is obligated to render 30 hours of service per school year. If this obligation is not fulfilled by April 30th, 2010, the family will be charged $15 per hour for uncompleted hours. Incoming freshmen parents/guardians must serve on this year’s MSNC event on June 28, 2009.


Service Hour Waiver: You may choose to waive these service hours by paying $150 by September 30, 2009 and $300.00 by April 30, 2010.
